This course is in accordance with the, “Guidelines on Assessment and Remediation of Fungi in Indoor Environments,” of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Topics include: introduction to IAQ, background information, investigating a structure for mold and planning the remediation, building occupant relations, sampling protocols, personal protective equipment, remediation and engineering controls.
The material will be presented through various media types including: lectures, slide presentations, videos, and printed material.
